This
concise and interactive e-learning course addresses the important topic of
pedestrian safety. As they navigate through the course, students learn how to safely
cross the street, including the importance of crossing with an adult until they
are the age of ten. Additionally, they will learn what a crosswalk is, and how
both traffic signals and pedestrian signals can help pedestrians cross safely. The course content is presented in an engaging
video-based lesson, and concepts are reinforced with a fun, online game. A
pre-test assesses students’ current knowledge, while a post-test measures what
they have learned throughout the program.
