Mission: Health 6th Grade

In this fun and interactive self-directed course, sixth grade students learn the importance of proper nutrition, physical activity, sleep and other healthy habits, including how to manage stress and maintain a healthy mind. As students navigate the course, they will learn different skills that will help them lead healthy lives, such as accessing valid information, decision making and setting goals. All lessons and activities present accurate, up-to-date information using a variety of instructional methods to engage your students. Many concepts are reinforced with classroom and take-home activities.
